Located in North Vancouver, the development brings 68 new homes to a well-connected urban setting, responding to the area’s growing demand for diverse and family-oriented housing. The scheme is conceived as a mixed-use building, with six levels of residential accommodation above two levels of commercial space and three levels of underground parking.

The project sits within the distinctive landscape of North Vancouver, where a dense and evolving urban environment is closely framed by the North Shore mountains and the waterfront. The design responds to this context through a considered approach to scale, materiality and the relationship between the building and the surrounding streetscape.

Commercial uses at the lower levels help to activate the street and contribute to a more vibrant neighbourhood environment. Above, the residential accommodation is designed to make the most of its North Vancouver setting, with careful consideration given to outlook, daylight and the connection between the homes and their wider surroundings..
