Faculty and staff rental housing development on Lot BCR6 at the corner of Wesbrook Mall and Binning Road. The design proposes an 18-storey market rental high-rise and two 6-storey faculty/staff rental mid-rise apartment buildings with a total of 515 residential units. The market rental tower accommodates a day-care at level 1 with an outdoor play space in a central courtyard.
